Obituary for Floyd F. Kain

Floyd was born on April 6, 1926 on Oconto Falls, Wisconsin and died March 18, 2016 in Denver. He lived in Appleton, Wisconsin and California before moving to Colorado in 1966. He served proudly in the U.S. Armyduring World War II.
Floyd owned and ran several bars before retiring; The Alameda Tavern, Candlelight Tavern, Paddy's Pub in Denver and the Chuckwagon in Granby.
He was an active member of VFW Post 2461 where he served as Quartermaster and Post Commander.
He is survived by his daughter, Sandy Newsom; Grandchildren, Debra Lewis and Timothy Newsom; great grandchildren, Andy Newsom, Nikki Newsom, Hannah Lewis, Brandon Lewis, Jordan Newsom, Taylor Newsom; great grandchildren, April Newsom, Avlyn Newsom, Isabella Saechao.
