Born August 19, 1938 in Denver, CO
Died at his home on September 11, 2017.
Jim was born in Denver, CO and grew up in Cheyenne, WY. Returning to Denver, Jim worked in the insurance industry where he met his wife, Karen. They worked together for over 30 years. He enjoyed multiple hobbies including small boat sailing, model boat sailing, slot car racing and enjoying wildlife and the outdoors. Jim was a lifetime member of the Rocky Mountain Midget Racing Association, where he served the club in various capacities. He is survived by his wife, Karen, his daughter Lisa (Matt) Meacham, his son Chris and grandchildren CJ and Alanna.
